When the weather is over 20 degrees Celsius in April, you barbecue! ☀️ Nothing fancy about this meal, but it sure was great! Filet mignon paired with roasted Brussels sprouts and red onion. Added a side of brown rice where I mixed in sautéed mushrooms, green onions, and garlic. Can’t forget the wine of the week that went with it! Bring on summer!!
