We’ve been snacking on these healthy banana muffins all week! Great for a mid morning or afternoon treat with a coffee 😋 (Some in our house will say they are served best warmed up with butter. Any guesses who that is!?)
Mix wet ingredients together:
– 3 mashed bananas
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 egg
– Splash of vanilla
Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl:
– 1 cup whole wheat flour
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp baking powder
– Pinch of nutmeg
– Pinch of ginger
Combine your wet and dry ingredients together. Spoon in to a greased muffin tin baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes – enjoy!
