The perfect Saturday morning breakfast. Baked Oatmeal has been one of my favorites since college. This will forever be my go to recipe for an “elevated” breakfast!
Baked Oatmeal
1. In a bowl combine 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup oats, pinch of cinnamon, 1/3 cup almond milk, and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix together until well combined.
2. Poor half the mixture in your ramekin. Add a heaping spoonful of peanut butter 🤤 Then top with the rest of your oat mixture.
3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!!
