Spring is in the air! Try out this low carb & sugar free Bundt cake using some of my favorite products. Also see my ‘how to video’ on my page!
Spring Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
-2 box of @swervesweetie cake mix
-6 eggs
-2/3 cup water
-2/3 cup coconut oil
-6 drops of @oooflavors vanilla cupcake
-1/2 packet of @simplydelishnatural Strawberry pudding mix
-1 can sugar free @pillsbury vanilla icing
-1/4 cup @choczero strawberry jam
-sprinkles, optional @happysprinkles_
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs, water, oil, & vanilla flavoring.
3. Stir in the cake mixes and pudding mix until well combined.
4. Grease a Bundt pan and pour the cake mix into the pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Turn the Bundt pan over and the cake will fall out. Cool.
7. In a small mixing bowl, stir the icing & jam until combined.
8. Spread on top of the cake and add sprinkles if desired. Enjoy!
