Creamy Avocado, Garlic Mushrooms & Poached Egg on Sourdough 🍄 🥑

The cafes may be back open but my brunch game is strong.

THE RECIPE 👨‍🍳👇

1. Mash 1 & half avocados, with a big squeeze of lemon 🍋 salt and pepper leave to the side
2. Chop up 3 garlic cloves & fry in a generous portion of olive oil.
3. Add in big handful of chestnut mushrooms & leave to simmer for 10 mins
4. Toast your sourdough & slather on your avocado. Throw on your garlic mushrooms
5. Next boil your egg for exactly 4.5 mins – so it’s still runny but cooked. Place on your bread. Top with chilli & pomegranate
6. You are a breakfast champion 👑 Enjoy !
