✨✨🌟 🍫 SALTED CARAMEL & ROLO CHEESECAKE 🍫 🌟✨✨
This is an indulgent weekend treat… but massively worth it 🤩👨🍳
THE STEPS 👇 (serves 12)
1. Firstly crush 380g of digestive biscuits and mix in 180g melted butter & combine well. Press down into your tin & refrigerate for 6 hours
2. Next whisk up 350ml double cream into stiff peaks, set aside
3. In another bowl mix 480g cream cheese and 120g icing sugar and 120g of salted caramel & whisk until combined
4. Next fold in mixed the cream & spoon mixture to cover your biscuit base. Refrigerator over night
5. Take out of the fridge. And top by adding 180g of salted Carmel spread and then top with rolos along the outside. Pop back in the fridge & enjoy ! ✨👨🍳🤩
