It’s grilling season so head on over to @reasors for the Great Outdoors Event going on until May 31st! You can pick up everything you need to make my Grilled Shrimp Boil Skewers👇🏼
Ingredients:
-6 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
-4 tablespoons butter, melted
-2 tablespoons @tonychacheres Creole seasoning
-1 pound of shrimp, peeled & deveined
-1 pound of turkey sausage or sausage of choice, sliced into 1” pieces
-2 corn stalks, cut into quarters
-1 pound of small potatoes (red & golden), cut in half
-lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees.
2. Par boil the potatoes & corn for about 12 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.
3. Build the skewers:
2- corn skewers
1-potato skewer
3- shrimp & sausage
4. Melt the butter and pour evenly onto the skewers then sprinkler with creole seasoning.
5. Grill the skewers for 5 minutes a side and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
