If you haven’t tried my MISO GLAZE recipe, you definitely need to ASAP!
I love it on fresh Sea Bass but it’s great on any fish. It’s a healthy & easy option that everyone will enjoy!
MISO GLAZE
Ingredients:
* 2 tbsp miso paste
* ¼ c mirin
* 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
* 2 tsp soy sauce
* 2 tsp honey or @choczero syrup
* 1 tbsp minced ginger @the_ginger_people
* 1/2 tsp minced garlic
* 1/4 c of water
* 2 sea bass or any fish fillets
* avocado or olive oil
Directions:
– In a baking dish large enough to fit the fish in one layer, whisk together all the ingredients.
– Put the fish fillets in the dish and coat them in the marinade for at least 30 min.
– Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
– Place the fillets skin-side down in a pan or cookie sheet greased with oil.
– Brush the fish liberally with the marinade.
– Bake for 15 min. at 425 degrees then broil for a few minutes to crisp up the top. Enjoy!
