I got your Sunday morning breakfast covered over here!! This quiche is only 6 ingredients and takes under 15 minutes to whip together. You are going to want to try this one 😋 Special shout out to “Uncle John John” for this one!
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup finely chopped spinach
• 1 cup chopped broccoli
• 1/2 cup chopped red and green pepper
• 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
• 1/3 cup half and half
• 2/3 cup low fat milk
• Dash of nutmeg
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Chop all vegetables and put in the bottom of a greased pie plate. (I prefer to add my broccoli to a bowl with a little water and steam the broccoli in the microwave before adding.)
2. Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, and nutmeg. Pour on top of vegetables.
3. Top with cheese. You can add extra if you are a cheese lover!
4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
