Grilling season is in full force so light it up and try out these Salmon potlatch skewers that everyone will enjoy!

Potlatch Salmon Skewers
Ingredients:
-1 lb of salmon, skin removed & sliced into 2” chunks
-1 large zucchini
-1 large yellow squash
-1/2 red bell pepper
-1/4 onion
-potlatch seasoning (recipe below)
-2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
-wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
2. Cut the veggies into 2” chunks to match the size of the salmon.
3. Build your skewers in whatever order you want.
4. Drizzle oil & sprinkle the potlatch seasoning on all sides.
5. Grill the skewers for 12 minutes, turning after 6 minutes.
*optional: Sprinkle fresh parsley and lemon juice. Enjoy!

🧂Potlatch Seasoning🧂
Ingredients:
* 1 tbsp salt
* 1/2 tsp ground pepper
* 3 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp basil
* 1/2 tsp coriander
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Directions: mix all ingredients & store in an airtight container.
