Grilled jerk-ish chicken
For about 2 lbs of chicken breast:
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp: onion powder, brown sugar, dried thyme, ACV, garlic power, ketchup
– 1 tsp: cumin, allspice, cayenne, chipotle chili powder, ginger powder
– 2 tsp: paprika, Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 tsp: cinnamon, nutmeg
– Fresh: parsley & shallot
– S&P, juice of 1 lime & 1/2 lemon
– Marinate for at least 15 mins
After grilling, top with lots of lime, mango salsa & drizzle of TJs hot honey
