Fried Italian meatballs
Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef (80/20 mixture)
1 large yellow onion and jalepeno, finely diced
1 egg
About 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp of all spice, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, pinch of fresh thyme (about 1/2 tbsp), salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls and fry over neutral oil. Top with parsley and goat cheese.
