Check out these salmon tartlets! I used @mowisalmon.us Tuscan Herb Atlantic Salmon. Ingredients:
– MOWI 12 ounce Tuscan Herb Atlantic Salmon Filet
– 1/3 cup Remoulade Sauce
– 2 dozen Puff Pastry Cups
– ½ tsp Salt, plus more to taste
– ¼ tsp Pepper, plus more to taste
– Garnish: fresh chopped chives

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon, skin side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Cook the salmon for 25 minutes then remove from the oven and let cool.
3. While the salmon cools, place the puff pastry cups on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
4. Remove the skin from the salmon and place in a medium mixing bowl. Using a spatula, break up the salmon into small pieces and gently stir in the remoulade.
5. Scoop the salmon mixture into the puff pastry cups and top with chives. Enjoy!
