A new go to appetizer for you for those warm nights on the deck! Maybe even pair it with a wine of the week! 😉 This has literally been on repeat in our house since the first time I tried it (thanks @traceyzehr !) The combination of the creamy brie with the spicy jalapeños is so good! This photo is before I baked it, but after baking, your brie will be melted and gooey and full of goodness 😋
Baked Brie:
– In the middle of a baking dish lay down a piece of brie. This may sound crazy, but the more inexpensive the brie, the better! It tends to melt better than the more expensive kinds.
– On top of your Brie add thinly sliced red and green pepper, chopped green onion, and pickled jalapeños.
– Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Once you see the cheese completely melted and starting to bubble, you are all set!
– Serve with salted rice crackers. The combination is perfect.
– ** If your Brie is one that is having a harder time melting, take a knife and cut open the middle. The cheese will ooze out and then you will want to continue to bake it until you see it starting to bubble.
