Dark Chocolate Florentine Ballers 🍫🧑🍳

This are fire. A classic go with the flow recipe and see what happens. But they are crunchy, perfect for a tea dunk and take less than 15 minutes to make. Win win. 👇
Ingredients:
125g Doisy & Dam Dark Chocolate buttons
75g of Doisy & Dam Ballers Vegan Dark Chocolate Balls
30g unsalted butter
2 tbsp of honey
Goji Berries
Pink sea-salt
Method:
1) Slowly melt the Doisy & Dom dark chocolate buttons over a low heat, add in your unsalted butter and mix well. Add in 2 tsbp of honey and stir
2) Take off the heat and add in your dark chocolate balls and mix well so the balls are coated
3) Next line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, split the mixture up into 5 different portions and spoon onto tray into circles. Top with a crack of pink sea-salt and Goji Berries, press down firmly
3) Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy. Couldn’t be easier !
