It’s Sunday so make yourself a low carb treat like my Strawberry Cream “Cannoli” & enjoy your day!
Ingredients:
-1 package of @simplydelishnatural strawberry pudding
-1 cup half & half
-1 cup cool whip
-1/4 strawberries, chopped & smashed
– @cutdacarb wraps, cut into quarters
-3 tbsp cinnamon
-1/4 cup sweetener @swervesweetie
-oil for frying
Directions:
1. Whisk the pudding mix with half & half then fold in the cool whip and strawberries.
2. Chill in the fridge while you make the cannoli.
3. Mix the cinnamon & sweetener in a shallow bowl.
4. Fry pieces of rolled cut da carbs holding the end with tongs for 2 minutes.
5. Remove from the oil and roll in the cinnamon & sweetener mix.
6. Once all the cannolis are made then spoon or pipe the filling into each cannoli. Enjoy!
