Egg muffins for the week!! 🍳
(PSA don’t forget to spray the pan… 🥴)
Step by step process in the photos:
Combine 10 eggs, quarter cup almond milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Chop up any toppings of choice! We did peppers, onions, jalapeño, and spinach.
SPRAY MUFFIN PAN. Add your toppings and then cover with egg mixture. Don’t forget your cheese of choice at the end! Bake for 18 minutes at 350 F.
Great to grab and reheat for the week!
